Different problems. Real solutions.

A collection of challenges tackled by the independent builders behind Runoan. Different experiences, different approaches, one shared instinct: figure it out and make it work.

Making compliance less complicated

The challenge
Businesses needed practical ways to manage PDPA responsibilities and turn policies into everyday processes.
What was done
Through Regit, software was developed alongside PDPA consultancy, DPO-as-a-Service and DPTM preparation support to help organisations manage data protection practices.
What we learned
Useful software matters, but lasting improvement depends on people adopting better processes.

Taking the guesswork out of custom pricing

The challenge
Custom products involve multiple configurations, making pricing and customer enquiries difficult to standardise.
What was done
A digital pricing estimator and structured enquiry experience were built for Custom Desk SG.
What we learned
A useful tool can make a complicated buying process easier for customers and businesses.

Turning trading rules into automation

The challenge
Rule-based trading processes can involve repetitive monitoring and execution.
What was done
Trading-bot systems were developed to automate defined tasks and workflows.
What we learned
Good automation starts with clear rules, appropriate safeguards and understanding what should remain under human control.

Turning a startup idea into a working business

The challenge
Moving from a concept to a functioning company requires more than a good idea.
What was done
Startup leadership, product development and commercial execution through PayTech Neo.
What we learned
Strategy matters, but building, testing and operating a business is where ideas meet reality.

Making difficult communication easier

The challenge
Sensitive communication can be difficult to manage when emotions and practical decisions overlap.
What was done
Cochild, an AI-assisted co-parenting application, was developed to support more constructive communication.
What we learned
Technology is most useful when designed around real human needs.

Turning ideas into experiences people can use

The challenge
A digital idea needs more than a concept. It needs a usable experience people can understand and engage with.
What was done
Selibera, a digital project developed by Christina, is currently in beta.
What we learned
Building a product means turning an idea into something tangible, then learning and improving through real use.

Making Chinese homework easier, one small win at a time

The challenge
Chinese homework can become frustrating for children and parents, especially when vocabulary, spelling and writing practice feel overwhelming.
What was done
Built Daily4Wins, a learning application that turns Chinese schoolwork into short, interactive lessons. It supports schoolwork scanning, lesson creation, listening and writing practice.
What we learned
Breaking a difficult learning task into small, manageable steps can make daily practice feel more approachable.
